We process and ship orders same day or next business day (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays) Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will be processed Monday morning. Please note that all fully processed sales orders are final.
In the unfortunate case of your order tracking number confirms delivered to the address provided on the order we would not be able to replace or issue a refund for the order. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with carrier and follow their guidelines. We highly suggest including shipping protection to your order for any unforeseen situations.
We sometimes offer promotional discounts on shipping for orders over a certain dollar amount. We reserve the right to change these discounts at any time.

Sadly, these unforeseen events happen during transit. It’s out of our control how carriers handle fragile items in our absence, but we assure you all packages are packed and equipped for rough handling during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to report any damage. If you receive a damaged product please email us a clear photo of your damaged item, including packing slip to info@nnnbeauty.com. All original packaging materials and boxes must be retained for inspection purposes.

Most of our products are Vegan with the exception of some of our lip products. Please check the specific product descriptions to confirm if items you are interested in are Vegan.
We do our best to create swatches and images for the website to represent our products and colors as closely as possible to how it is in person. However, the actual color may appear different for everyone due to several factors such as monitor resolution, color settings, camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc...
